Consulting
Stronghold offers a unique service to system end users:

Technical consultation and advice on project control system requirements and design throughout the project life cycle, the production of technical documentation (such as scope of works, functional design specification etc.).

Consultation and advice on tendering solutions providers and assessment of their proffered solutions.

Technical advice during the build and implementation phase of the project.

Technical assessment on behalf of the client, when the project is at the final testing and handover phase.

Suggest recommendations for solutions providers that might be considered suitable for the end user (i.e. systems integrators and solutions providers, whom the client may not be aware of). This will mean that the most suitable solutions provider can be used on each project to maximize the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the project overall. Whilst total cost to the end user must be a consideration, the value of a well-developed system should always be taken under advisement.
Engineering
Stronghold offers a range of engineering services to systems integrators and OEM’s:
- Development, advice and support of software development on HMI, PLC and SCADA systems and their intergration, whether it be intergation into a new or existing system.
- Higher level interfacing for PLC, HMI and SCADA system data management, data logging and telemetry data transfer.
- Specialised motion control expertise with precision servo motor program development.
- Specialisation in mechatronic systems, electric over hydraulic/pneumatic control
